1. What does "order as guest" mean?
It is possible to shop at Cam-in without having to register as a customer. You only need to fill in the address field and your desired payment method.

2. How can I pay?
You can pay with the following payment cards: Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. You can also pay with PayPal. If you want to use another payment form, please write an email to us at info@cam-in.dk

3. PayPal account?
In order for you to pay with Paypal you must have created an account with Paypal.

4. How long is the delivery time?
We strive ship your order as soon as possible. When shipped, you can expect to receive the package after one business day (Danish customers) worldwide 7-10 business days.

5. How much is shipping?
Your order will be shipped with PostNord and the price strats at 39,-

6. Is it possible to change my order?
Yes, it is always possible to change the order, as long as this has not already been shipped. Write an email or call as soon as possible. 

7. How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your delivery you in your customer login and order status.

8. How can I return items?
Simply send the send the package back. See terms and conditions for more information about return.

9. How do I get my money back by returning the goods?
Once the package has been received and we have approved the product, we will transfer the payment to you. The money will be transferred within 1-3 working days. 

10. How can I use my voucher / coupon code?
Gift vouchers and coupon codes are used after selecting the right item and you have placed it in the basket.
